TARGET: reporting to your principal

I am currently in an Ed Media course dealing with administrative
principles.  An assignment that my group is working on is reporting to
your principal about what you are doing in the media center.  I have
been asked to research the following questions: " What kinds of
information do you think should be included in your report to your
principal and what kinds of information should not be included and why?
" Any answers for these questions would be greatly appreciated.  Thank
