Gen: Curriculum Mapping Template

I attended an English/Social Studies curriculum session today and am now
in the process of structuring a calendar of the curriculum map that was
brainstormed.  Of course all my reference books like Eisenberg's
Curriculum Iniaitive and Mapping templates are at school quarrantined
because of asbestos removal.  Does anyone have a site where such
templates could be found.  I hate to reinvent the wheel and want to have
something I can show by Thursday.
