Dear all (well, all not on summer vacation fom LM_NET!): I was just asked a research question. I'm checking FedStats and UNAIDS, but they don't have the information I need. What I'd like to know is is there a way to find the proportion of development aid in Africa that actually gets to its end target? Specifically for HIV/AIDS, but any number will do. TIA!
