TARGET: Communication Skills

I am a new subscriber and have been following the discussions here for the
past few weeks.  My current class is Administrative Principles in Media
Centers.  We are working in groups on an assigned paper and my group topic
is to identify and discuss GOOD communication skills needed to develop good,
effective communication between a media specialist and the pricipal of the
school.  If any of you have skills you find helpful in communicating with
your principals, please advise.  I do not yet have any experience in this
area.  Thank you.
