Elem: dinner theater ideas

Hello everyone -  I have a request from a 3rd grade teacher.  Her team is
busy planning an economics unit that will lend itself well to an
interdisciplinary approach.  They are planning a dinner theater for their
students to run and would like some suggestions.  They are thinking about
using folklore or a play revolving around another of their project themes,
conflict resolution.  If you have any ideas or if your school has presented
a student dinner theater, we'd like to hear from you.  We're interested not
only in what the kids will present but any logistical details you may have
experienced.
