I read Ronnie O'Brien's hit and went to the msgto.com site to check it out.
I read the "How it works" page and was very impressed.  This may be the best
free, Web-based e-mail available.  It uses some very interesting methods for
eliminating spam and giving you control over what you receive.  It is
definitely worth checking out.

As far as Hotmail, it is the worst.  I can't believe some of the garbage my
wife receives.
