Need Help

Hello,

    I am a second year librarian needing a lot of help.  Can anybody tell me
what you think the best literary reference books that a school library should
have on hand.  I have A to Zoo, which is excellent.  Also, I am looking for
information on different grants that are available.  My school library needs
so many things and our budget is not that big.  Any help will be appreciated
or any ideas.
