REF: Need westerns besides L'Amour and Paulsen

Dear LM_NETter's:

I need to purchase some additional western-type fiction for my collection
which serves grades 6-12.

I have Paulsen--adventure novels, L'Amour's westerns and some paperbacks by
Hobbs. Zane Grey is too descriptive and long.

Do any of you know of more recent western, adventure novels that would
appeal to our male readers?
