How about:

The worms crawl in, the worms crawl out
They eat your guts and they spit 'em out
They wrap you up in a bloody sheet
And then they bury you 6 feet deep....

(Sorry ;-) , that's all I remember.

Oh--
Nobody likes me, everybody hates me
I'm gonna eat some wooooorms.
Big fat juicy ones, Little bitty teeny ones
I'm gonna eat some worms!

And-- How to Eat Fried Worms by T. Rockwell, of course!

Deborah,

ee cummings wrote one about a farmer who fails at everything until he dies
and becomes a worm farmer. Kind of weird but fun. It's at this url.

http://www.crocker.com/~slinberg/poems/cummings/nobody.html

Hope this helps.

Deb:
For a worm poem try:
I'm Going to Pet a Worm Today and Other Poems
by Constance Levy; illustrated by Ronald Himler.
1991.
Amazon has it listed but it is back ordered.
I quote a couple of lines from the title poem:

"Why, Emily, you should have seen me
Pet a worm today!"
And I'll tell her he shrank and he stretched like elastic,
And I got a chill and it felt fantastic."

If you cannot find the book, I would be happy to send
the title poem.

In Roth's poetry on CD-ROM, there is a poem entitled The Song of the
Garden-Toad by Nicholas Vachel Lindsay which, I think, would be
appropriate. If you do not have access, we can fax it to you.

How about "Ooey, gooey was a worm, a mighty worm was he.
He sat upon a railroad trach, a train he did not see.
        Ooey, gooey!

How to Eat Fried Worms is a good book for this topic.

There is an old record that our church has; I believe it's a Hap Palmer or
similar, with a very fun song called "Walter the Waltzing Worm." I wish I
could tell you more about it, or where you could get it, but at least it's a
title :) Good luck!
