Video request

I am looking for the video The Hitch-Hiker which was on the Twilight Zone
starring Inger Stevens.  A student has a copy they taped off of TV. Is it
legal to show that copy or would it be copyright violation. I want to
purchase it but haven't had any luck so far. Hope someone out there can
help me.
