They already think that they do manage us.....we need to keep them
thinking that while we do whar needs to be done.

I get the joke - but even though we know it as one, there are those other
"minds" out there that take it seriously!  Propose this in your last year
before retirement.

My big problem last year was a principal who wanted us to be Barnes& Noble
- so he could serve lunches in the library....you might tackle this one
next!!!!
