New York Times Editorial on school testing

Hi Netters:  One of my teachers left his New York Times (Sunday Edition) in
a hotel in Taos, N. M. over the weekend.  He wants to locate the editorial
dealing with school testing and the ending of school.  Could I get someone
to fax this article to me.  I sincerely would appreciate this very much.   TIA
