If you love this book then may I suggest a trip through all of Robert
Cormier's works!  During my graduate courses for my MLIS, I was required to
do an author study on Robert Cormier (my choice because he had attended our
librarian's convention in Oklahoma and I "accidently" sat next to him
before he made a presentation--wow!  I was so excited to "meet him!")

I loved reading The Bumblebee...but I felt that everyone needs to read his
works!  My favorites (besides this one) were The Chocolate War, Fade, and I
Am the Cheese (the ultimate favorite).  In addition, check out the newer
titles that he's done!  My brain is "fading" right now but I just wanted to
brag about this author...an assignment that has truly made me appreciate
the works of a fabulous writer!  Have a great time reading this summer!
