Good idea, Mary. I wear a pedometer every day. The idea I started with about 18
months ago was to walk 10,000 or more steps a day. I had read in USA Today that
10,000 steps a day would keep me reasonably fit. I've found that I ALWAYS hit more
than 8,000 on a work day. Today I've got 10,113, and that isn't unusual. I
understand that 10,000 steps is approximately 6 miles. I look forward to being
included in your research.10,00
