It looks like your guess was right on.  I tried searching under Anderson
AND bomb shelters on Google.  The first hit was from the Simon Wiesenthal
photo gallery (http://motlc.wiesenthal.com/gallery/pg44/pg0/pg44024.html)
showing Anderson bomb shelters being delivered to Londoners.
