Group, I have seen several messages from members of our group that include vcards for a signature. When I read the message and the first sentence is "This is a multi-part message in MIME format," I immediately check the rest of the message since this alerts me that there is something that is non-text format. Vcards apparently are non-text and the result is a lot of extra letters and numbers that actually hide the actual message. I was reading the archives and I actually had to look hard to find the message itself in one with a vcard. Your message is important and that is why you wrote to the group. So please leave the vcards off so we can read it and reply. This same sentence about MIME format is the one that alerts me to messages sent in both HTML and text since HTML is non-text as well. Sincerely, Madeline Buchanan LM_NET Hospitality Committee mlbuchanan1@home.com mlbuchan@hiwaay.net =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-= All postings to LM_NET are protected under copyright law.
