REF: Mis-minted Coin

I remember reading several months ago about a new dollar coin that was
mis-minted with the back of a quarter on it.  It was supposedly rare and
would be valuable.  Now I have a person in the buildling who has such a
coin and would like to know the value of it.  Can anyone help?  TIA.
