Okay, now it's my turn to ask for help! I am lucky enough to accompany my small middle school on an overnight camping trip...all the daytime activities have been planned and we even have some bonfire activities (thank goodness for all my years as a Girl Scout!!). But I am hoping this incredible group can suggest some good read aloud stories for either the campfire or for a "bedtime" story. I'd like to visit the cabins and be able to read a really cool story. Obviously, there are the "urban" legends that can be told and there are some good scary stories, but I would like to read something different. Something that can be read in about 20 minutes or so...so, any suggestions for something awesome?
