Good morning everyone. After a rather eventful year,(brother adopting 2
teenage nieces and a nephew from his wife's side of the family, my
mother-in-law losing her fight with cancer, my mother having triple
by-pass surgery and a week later a stroke, my husband being hospitalized
for depression, my oldest nephew getting married, my baby brother getting
married, and my media specialist doing less and less daily) I have only
rejoined LMNET yesterday afternoon. I know we discussed this at some
point last year/year before. . .good book fairs. The PTA here usually
arranges the book fairs, and apparently everyone in this area uses
Scholastic. We were incredibly disappointed in the selection and service
in October, and have been told that Scholastic bought out a lot of other
book fair organizations. Our book fair was over Oct 27, and we still have
not received all our paid orders. So if anyone has any good suggestions,
please let me know. Scholastic is already bugging us about scheduling the
next one, and we are interested in looking into another if there's
anything available.
