TARGET: AR type software for high school

Our high school is investigating Accelerated/Star Reader type reading
assessement software. They are interested in findoing out about something
called Electronic Bookshelf or perhaps it is called Electronic Bookcase.
They are not sure. Can anyone help us out?  Is there anything else out
there that we should be looking at?  Thanks for your help. Pati
