collaboration on nutrition

I have been asked to collaborate with one of our second grade teachers for a
unit on nutrition.  I am working on my practicum for SLMS.  Does anyone have
ideas on incorporating library skills and nutrition for this age group?
I've never had a request like this, usually people want something more
specific from me.  TIA!
