I just had to add one of my moments. Yesterday the library was quiet except for a table of grade 12 students who were having a very intense discussion. I assumed they were talking about the up-coming grad movie night or who had broken up with whom, or which teacher was the lamest, etc., however when I walked by to file something in the vertical file I got a most pleasant surprise. What were they discussing so intently? Milton's Paradise Lost. I almost fell over! After I recovered from the shock, I told them how they had just made my day. They were a bit embarrassed but I think they were also pleased to see my reaction because they were back again today with their Lit 12 books!
