Target: Book ideas

Hi,
I am reading three books to 5th and 6th graders--Weasel, Wringer, and
Holes.  They are thoroughly enjoying them.  I just wanted to know if
anyone has any ideas for follow up lessons or projects to go along with
these books.  I've found a few ideas for Holes and Wringer but none for
Weasel.  Any suggestions would be appareciated.
