Teaching home page development

Next semester I will be teaching middle school students how to design a
simple home page as part of our school's exploratory program.  We will be
using Microsoft Front Page for our web page development software and I would
like to cover as many of the basics as possible (no java or any other
complicated procedures that I am not comfortable with).  Does anyone know of
a syllabus, lesson plan, or any other outline that I can use for this?

If anyone has done this in the past, I would appreciate any information or
