GEN: providing service to three locations?!

Greetings to my colleagues from around our World...
You have helped me many times before and I know you can help me again!
My Harwich Elementary School (700 students/100 staff)
is coming into a planned two year building project....
During the building project my school population is being split!...
Instead of one location...
I will have three separate buildings (several miles apart) to provide
information
materials and services... from my one Library Media Center
(which will remain open until the last phase of the building
construction project)
The Kindergarten will be in a separate wing in our High School,
the 4th Grade will be housed in portable classrooms outside our Middle
School and
our Elementary School will house Grades 1,2 and 3 while it is being
worked on, in and around!

Any Hints, Ideas, Words of Wisdom or Suggestions?????
for me and my LMC staff, my wonderful principal, or any of the other
"specialist team members"
(2 pe teachers, 2 art teachers, 2 music teachers, 1 health teacher and 1
computer lab teacher/tech)
who will be required to teach and support  all three locations?
Anyone out there... who has done this and survived?! ;-)
