I agree with Madeline's observation that books on a to-be-shelved book
truck often go out again. Students really like to take out books that
others just have read. In fact, we have laminated and attached to the
return book truck the following sign:  "These books on this cart have been
returned and are awaiting re-shelving.  Please feel free to shop."
