Yes, things are different this year with Scholastic.  Last year, a second
fair could earn 5% in books as well as a 30% cash profit, and there were book
bonuses for scheduling the next book fair, and scheduling during certain time
periods.  This year, no book bonuses, and the top cash profit went to 30%
from 35%.

I called my rep, who is wonderful, and she said she thought they were
changing back, and to take 5% in books for scheduling the next fair...but in
any event, it does look like they're changing things a bit.  This was in
Kentucky, btw...I don't know if it's different from state to state.
