A friend of mine has WebTV and was helping a neighbor's child do some research. Good news: They found the information the child needed on the web. Better news: The student knew he needed to cite the information. Bad news: They couldn't figure out how to find the URL. I'm only familiar with Netscape and Explorer and, over the phone, I couldn't figure out what to tell them. Do any of you know how to see the URL?
