Hi,
Even though this subject HAS been discussed there are always new people and
new thoughts...so it is worth doing it again from time to time.  We still
use the Vertical File quite a bit.  Our students are required to have signed
AUPs on file...if they do not they can not use the Internet even if they are
here with their class and their teacher is standing right with them.  The
Vertical File becomes the fall back position.

Several times this has been discussed in LMNET. I once did a HIT and it
must be in LMNET Archives. If you do not find it, let me know and I will
search for it here.
