Colleagues, What are your thoughts on having art books containing nudes in your elementary (K-5) library? I"m talking in particular about art books written for children but may contain pictures such as The Birth of Venus (Botticelli), or reclining nudes. I would be interested in your opinion as a professional librarian and as a parent. TIA for your reply.
