Hi,
I have a few books with such art works. One is the First Discovery
Paintings with the Creation of Adam by Michelangelo. I keep it in my
Kindergarten section. I also have a book with Roman statues. I had a 5th
grade student comment that it shouldn't be in the library. My standard
response is 'It's art, it's historical, and God created our bodies, so when
it's not used to degrade another person, it's not bad.'
Of course, I can use the religion card since I'm in a Catholic school.
I also admit to having a print of The Birth of Venus in my downstairs
bathroom at home. Be warned if you visit. ;-D
