GEN: Looking for a nonficiton workshop person

My first request - hope you can help.

Several years ago I attended a workshop done by a woman on nonfiction and
using nonfiction with students.  Great ideas and good motivation.

Her first name is Beverly (I believe)
I also think she had a newsletter you could subscribe to (maybe something
with yellow brick road in it?) again not totally sure.

Does this ring any bells for people - I would love a direct response to me.
