I'm looking for a version of the Grimm's fairy tale, The Frog Prince, in
which the frog is kissed by the princess and then turns into a prince. All
of my copies (including some rather dated collections) have the poor frog
thrown against the wall. My suspician is that is the original Grimm
version. So why do I want a version that sounds a bit "Disneyfied"? Well,
those of you familiar with Jon Scieszka's Frog Prince Continued will recall
that it begins with reference to the kissing version. Needless to say,
searching online catalogs turns up many Frog Prince variants, but no way to
determine if it is a kissing or a throwing version! So, I'd be grateful to
any librarians who take the time to check out their frog prince books, turn
to the end and look for that elusive kiss! Please send me as much
bibliographic data as you can so I can purchase a copy of a kissed frog.

I'll post a hit so that anyone else can find a kissed frog also! (I think
I need a spring break, minus any frogs!)
