I need a copy of journal article for a class I'm taking and I've been =
unable to locate in on the WWW or through OCLC's WorldCat.  If you have a =

it to me?

Here are the specifics:  (copied directy from the course bibliography)

The computer:  a medium of instructiin or a tool for construction.  (1997, =
November). Innovative Designs for Education Update, 3(3), 1.
