If you got to www.freeware.com and then click on web-based applications, you
might be able to find a site where you can import or export your bookmarks
from on-line.  Some of the titles there are:
Backflip

TrackEngine

Best Bookmarks
Bookmark Commando

BookmarkTracker
BravuraNet Favorites Anywhere

Cybermarks
