TARGET: Accelerated Reader

Our school is considering getting Acceleraetd Reader in and I would like to
talk to those who have recently acquired the program and those who have had
it in place for a few years.  Our school is a small, private school for the
gifted and academically bright.  Our program is accelerated one year from
Kindergarten through 8th grade.  Most of our kids read two years ahead of
their grade level.  My questios are:  how difficult is it to install the
program? how much extra work will it give to the library staff(we are
running Follett)? Is the program worth it?  What are the advantages of the
program over not having the program?
