A counselor came to me this morning with this problem. She has been
storing her books in her basement until she moves into her new house
when she gets married this summer. The books are moldy but smell
musty. She has them in Rubbermaid containers now but I don't think they
started that way which is why they are musty-smelling. Is there a way
to get that smell out of the books. She knows that when she moves and
puts them on a bookshelf in her home, her whole home will smell that
way.
