Re: high school home room

Just a note about homerooms--librarians don't get "conference" periods in my
district (our teachers have one conference period and if they are on teams
they get two conference periods.),  the library is closed for half an hour
for lunch (which is my 30 minutes for eating, restroom, running copies,
laminating, etc that I couldn't get around to because I had back-to-back
classes) and stay open 25 minutes past the end of the school day.  I am not
assigned yard duty because I have to be in the library to handle students who
come in during lunch.
