I am a new Library Media Director,(after 22 years in
fourth grade)having just earned my MLIS in January.  I
am excited about this new challenge, but I need your
help.  I will be at a school that uses AR for the
entire K-5 school.  I have never used this reading
program before, and have been asked to provide an
inservice for the entire school staff at the beginning
of the school year.  The tech director for the
district doesn't feel that the school staff knows how
to use the program effectively.   Can anyone out there
point me in the right direction for learning this
program quickly? I would greatly appreciate  any
input.
