TECH: Question about McAfee on network

    We have the network version of McAfee with the management console
installed on our NT server and are supposed to be able to do
updates/upgrades.  However, I can't get it to work properly, and our county
technicians are swamped with requests right now as the new school year
begins.  If you are familiar with the network version of McAfee and would be
willing to answer a few questions/give some tips on what to do, please
e-mail me directly at school or home.  TIA for your help.
