Unfortunately there is no humor exception. There is a "parody"
exception, but this probably wouldn't quaify. In order to be a parody or
satire, you must be making fun of the object itself - i.e. Brittney
Spears.

Virtually every state has right of publicity laws, and this would
probably stretch or violate most of them. For specific interpretation of
your state's publicity laws, consult an attorney in your own state.
