TAR: Publishing Student Work

I have a teacher who wants to know some good sources for publishing
student work.  I am wary of the companies who publish student work, only
to make a profit selling their printed work in anthology format back to
the students and their families.  I am interested in online sources as
well as reputable print sources.  I will post a Hit if anyone is
interested.
