IF YOU ARE WILLING TO HELP PLEASE REPLY TO ME PERSONALLY. SORRY FOR THE LENGTH OF THE POSTING! I am a library school student at the University of Maryland. This semester in my Information Access Seminar, we are studying virtual reference desks.
