Little Red Hen
Apply cooking spray to baking dish.
Place 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the dish.
Combine 1/2 c chopped green pepper, 1 small can mushrooms, 1 can tomato
soup, liquid from mushrooms plus enough water to equal 1/2 soup can of
liquid, 2 Tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1/4 c vinegar and 1
Tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over chicken and bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.  Serve over rice.
