letters of support/military ground zero

After I read the postings about letters to military personnel, just wanted
to share another group children could write to:

Ground Zero Workers Need Our Letters of Support

I was ashamed that I never even thought of the workers at ground zero and
what the letters of support from children would mean to them--I passed this
on to our special edu teachers and the local girl scouts and so far they
have sent lots of letters and talked about their feelings about Sept. 11th.
(our school is in the D.C. metro area)
