TARGET: Dewey worksheets

Does anyone have worksheets they are willing to share for Dewey for upper
grades 6-8....I am SO frustrated with the behavior of my upper grades in
library.  They do not take the class seriously...even though I am giving F's
out that I think I will just give worksheets every time they come in and
stop trying to kill myself regarding the "critical thinking" with more
involved projects.  This is so depressing.  All they want to do is socialize
and all I do is give warnings, refelction papers and call parents!
