The book is Death from child abuse...and no one heard by Dana Weikel and Eve
Krupinski.  It is the true story of the beating, torture and death of
five-year old Ursula Sunshine Assaid.  We had these two authors speak to our
students several years ago.  The publisher is Currier Davis Publishing in
Winter Park Florida.  We got our copies many years ago from a local vendor
of Florida books called Mickler's Floridiana in Ovieda, Florida.
