A second grader brought back a Nature's Children book with one corner wet and the pages moldy. I could keep the book in the library (after it dries) as the mold doesn't interfere with the text or pictures. Would you * pull the book and charge the child the replacement cost? * charge replacement (or some lower amount) and leave it in the collection? * do nothing? I'd like other people's opinions on this one. Thanks!
