Tax credits for disabled/special ed students

I know it's near vacation time, but one of my administrators has asked me to
find out about a tax credit she heard about for students with disabilities...on
a primary/secondary level, as opposed to higher education. (I've searched far
and wide on the net and the IRS site - Canada seems to have some very good 
programs!)
If there's an answer to be had, I know oneof you will be able to help.  Thanks
in advance.
