Friends, Hello and Help, I heard a "song" - actually spoken words set to patriotic music and to Amazing Grace - done by Carl Perkins (those of us mature enough to know who he is!!!) about a fireman. I missed the title and have not been able to get through to the radio station to get the title and what album it might have been on. The "song" is about a fireman and going to a fire and if you did not know better, you would believe that this was written for Sept. 11. However, he died in '98. I have an employee whose husband was a NYC fire fighter and who knew many of those who were killed that day. I would dearly love to find this recording and get it for her family. I have tried searching and found lots about Carl Perkins but cannot find this song. any idea? Thanks for your help!
